Beebo dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of other Internet users. We do not condone nor support the sending of unsolicited email/SMS (spam) and have made it our policy to not facilitate the sending of spam and actively discourage it..

Beebo will not allow nor tolerate anyone to use our services for this purpose. If a current Beebo customer uses our products or services for the purposes of spamming anyone, their contract and all services will be revoked without refund.

If Beebo determines that the content of the outgoing emails/SMS are of an adult, racist or offensive nature then Beebo will terminate the originators account immediately.

We respect the privacy of each of the people on the clients lists that we host and will not make their name, address, or any other information that they have provided us available to anyone without their express permission. There is a mechanism added to each and every email that is sent out that allows clients to simply remove themselves from the client list. If any clients contact us directly to be removed from a certain client list we will manually unsubscribe the recipient from your account.

Beebo retains the right to determine at its discretion whether a customer is involved in spamming activities. After careful consideration and investigation Beebo may decide to terminate the guilty parties account. Decisions made by our staff regarding a customer's misuse of the Beebo system are final.

Spam ?
Spam is unsolicited email/SMS sent in bulk. Any promotion, information or solicitation that is sent to a person via e-mail/SMS without their prior consent, where there is no pre-existing relationship between the sender and the recipient, is spam.

So what isn’t Spam?
An email/SMS message is NOT spam if the recipient in anyway requested emails/SMS be sent to them from the sender. Anytime a customer sends a bulk email/SMS message to one of their clients it is NOT spam as long as there is an unsubscribe option and the client has not previously chose to use this option.
